Perinephric abscess

Well-circumscribed, rim enhancing collection with air locules in left perirenal space compressing the kidney. The Gerotas fascia is showing thickening and enhancement. Posterior pararenal space fat is obliterated as well.
Possible left renal vein thrombosis.
The right kidney is unremarkable. No hydronephrosis or nephrolithiasis is seen in either side.
Enlarged para-aortic lymph nodes are seen.
