Fluid-filled branching cavities in both renal pelvises with non-dilated calyces, suggestive of peripelvic cysts.

Excretory MR urography (3D FSPGR), shows the smooth mass effect upon the renal calyces, which are proved not to be dilated.

Case Discussion

The fluid-filled branching cavities in both renal pelvises are not dilated calyces, but peripelvic cysts, as could be proven by MRU.
