Presentation
Complaining of some kind of occasional dull pain in distal leg for last 4-5 years. But for the last 6 months, there is increased frequency of dull pain. No trauma. Normal x-ray.

Classical ovoid lesion was seen from distal tibial nerve - proximal to medial malleolus. Adjacent posterior tibial vessels.
Case Discussion
The treating orthopedic surgeon referred to assess the Achilles tendon, sural nerve lesion or some other pathology.
Nerve conduction test was done suggesting related findings. Patient was not treated operatively.
