Info

There is a partially cystic hypoechoic lesion seen in the subcutaneous tissue of the arm on the lateral aspect.

Radial nerve is seen entering and exiting the lesion; at the proximal and distal ends respectively.

Case Discussion

Ultrasound findings are consistent with a peripheral nerve sheath tumour. Its eccentric mass about both ends of continuing with the nerve raises the possibility of schwannoma over neurofibroma.
