A rounded homogeneous opacity is seen lateral to the lower fibula diaphysis, forming a skin bulge.

Mixed solid - cystic lesion is seen in subcutenous plane of distal leg on lateral aspect. Superficial peroneal nerve is seen entering and exiting the lesion; at proximal and distal ends respectively.
