An obese woman was admitted to the ER with pain in the right hip after falling at home. She had had total right hip replacement 15 years before.

Age: 75 years
Gender: Female

Vancouver type B2 periprosthetic femur fracture of the right hip.

X-ray 1 year earlier

Total right hip replacement, one year before the admission.
