Case Discussion

Primary renal involvement by lymphoma is rare because the kidneys do not contain lymphatic tissue, while the secondary renal involvement by lymphoma is quite common occurrence. Risk is increased in immunocompromised patients. Clinically is silent. Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma is much more common than Hodgkin's lymphoma in renal involvement.
