He was unwell and wanted to drive to his doctor, but found his seatbelt would no longer reach the buckle...

Patient Data

Age: 30
Gender: Male
CT

Extensive peritoneal soft tissue masses with some ascites.  No significant retroperitoneal lymphadenopathy. Incidentally noted gastric lap band.

CT

Two months post treatment.

Marked, rapid response to chemotherapy with reduced peritoneal soft tissue masses. 

Case Discussion

Pathologically proven Burkitt Lymphoma.

Note the marked, rapid response to medical therapy on the follow-up CT.
