There are multiple nodular peritoneal metastases with enhancement and mesenteric fat stranding showing omental cake appearance.
There is marked prominence of mesenteric vessels representing hypervascularity
There is a moderate amount of intra-abdominal free fluid.
A multiloculated hypoattenuating liver lesion is noted.
