Age: 45 years
Gender: Female


9x10cm cyst encompassing the normal appearing right ovary. This cyst shows a thin wall and septa, with homogeneous fluid signal and no solid components. 

Case Discussion

MRI features are suggestive of a peritoneal inclusion cyst, a benign pelvic cystic lesion with clear fluid content which invaginates surrounding structures, without an enhancing nodule, restricted diffusion, thick wall or soft tissue mass.
