Periventricular leucomalacia - frontal arachnoid cyst

There is an extra-axial cystic structure of CSF signal on all sequences anterior to the left frontal lobe with thinning of the adjacent frontal bone.
Areas of FLAIR, and T2 hyperintensity of the posterior periventricular white matter containing small cystic formations with thinning of the white matter, and moderate dilatation of the lateral ventricles.
