Dilated lateral ventricles with wavy lateral margins, loss of periventricular white matter with increased signal on FLAIR and T2 as well as small periventricular cystic formation and thinning of the corpus callosum.
Case Discussion
The clinical presentation and the MRI features are consistent with a periventricular leukomalacia (end-stage).
