Representative axial images and 3-D reconstructions show the fibula/peroneal artery is enlarged and extends through the interosseous membrane to become the dorsalis pedis.

Case Discussion

This case shows a vascular variation with dominant peroneal artery communicating to the dorsalis pedis, also known as peroneal magnus variant.
