Peroneus brevis tendon split tear

Longitudinal split tear of the peroneus brevis tendon. The peroneus longus tendon has moved forward into the gap and contacts the fibular surface. Flat to convex retromalleolar groove. Signs of tenosynovitis of the common tendon sheath.
