Case Discussion

Persistent ulnar styloid ossicle is -an accessory ossicle- unfused secondary ossification center which is seen at the usual location of the ulnar styloid process. It is usually seen as a well-corticated bony fragment with smooth margins. This accessory ossicle should not be mistaken for fracture fragment or loose body.
