Bilateral small eye globes size, appear heterogenously hyperintense in T1W and hyperintense in T2W and FLAIR sequences, with central triangular-shaped hypointensity in T2W extending from retrolental area to region of optic disc, denoting retinal detachment.

Bilateral micro-ophthalmia with retinal detachment, suggestive persistent hyperplastic primary vitreous.
