Complete occlusion of the right common iliac artery.
As an incidental finding, there is a persistent left sciatic artery as a continuation of the internal iliac artery and the major blood supply to the lower extremity.

A persistent sciatic artery is a rare vascular anomaly where there is continuation of the internal iliac artery into the thigh through the greater sciatic notch.
