Persistent headaches in patient with breast cancer. MRI to rule-out metastases.

Age: 40 years
Gender: Female

The MRI sequences demonstrate a direct communication between the right internal carotid artery and basilar artery in keeping with a persistent trigeminal artery with hypoplastic vertebrobasilar system.
