Came to the ER with dizziness. She had no other complaints and their was no known comorbidities.

Persistent trigeminal artery

Arterial communication between the right ICA which represents the anterior circulation and the basilar artery which represents the posterior circulation of the brain. The communicating artery is passing over the sella turcica.
Case Discussion
The (primitive) persistent trigeminal artery, is the most common variant of carotid-vertebrobasilar anastomoses.
In this case, the finding is incidental and was not related to her dizziness.
