Persistent ulnar styloid ossicle

There is a well corticated, unfused ossicle with smooth margins related to the distal aspect of the ulna at the usual location of the ulnar styloid process.
Case Discussion
Persistent ulnar styloid ossicle is a normal anatomical variant as a result of non-united secondary ossification center of the ulnar styloid process. The differential diagnosis is an old ulnar styloid fracture non-union and os triangulare.
