Bilateral deformed small-sized femoral epiphyses more evident on the right side showing fragmentation and bilateral increase in femoral neck width, findings are those of Perthes disease.
Case Discussion
Perthes disease is a childhood idiopathic osteonecrosis of the femoral epiphysis.
