Left hip joint demonstrates fragmentation of femoral head, deformation and widening of femoral neck (coxa magna) and a thin sclerotic line crossing the femoral neck (sagging rope sign), in keeping with left perthes disease.
Case Discussion
Perthes disease is an idiopathic avascular necrosis of the proximal femoral epiphysis.
