MRI arthrogram right shoulder
Detachment of the anterior glenoid labrum in the 3-6 o'clock position with stripped periosteum intact. Presence of Hill-Sachs lesion at the external margin of the humeral head. Normal rotator cuff tendons and long head of biceps.
Case Discussion
In case of a Perthes lesion, there is labral avulsion in the 3-6 o' clock position, with detachment - but not avulsion - of the periosteum.
