Foot pain ?subtalar osteoarthritis.

Patient Data

Age: 75years old
Gender: Male

Pes planus with loss of the plantar arch and a calcaneal bony spur is also noted. 

Triple fusion of the subtalar joint is noted. 

Case Discussion

Triple fusion/arthrodesis is a treatment option for a severely symptomatic pes planus not amenable to other orthopaediac interventions.
