Incidental finding, during unrelated abdominal CT angiogram.

Patient Data

Age: 52
Gender: Male
Modality: CT

4 cm linear coarse fibrocalcific plaque of the tunica albuginea between the corpora cavernosa.

Case Discussion

Unusual condition of formation of fibrous and calcific plaques that form in the tunica albuginea of the penis. Causes erectile dysfunction and penile curvature.

Pathologically related to Dupuytren contracture.
