Presentation

Symptoms of dysphagia and food reguritation. Did not tolerate upper GI endoscopy intubation.

Age: 63 years
Gender: Male
Barium

Posterior outpouching from the oesophagus at the level of C5/6, which fills with contrast. 

Case Discussion

Pharyngeal pouches are also known as Zenker's diverticulum.
