Presentation

Three years of intermittent headaches.

Patient Data

Age: 25
Gender: Male
Ultrasound

Patient was found to have a nodule/mass in the right suprarenal region on ultrasound.

CT

Enhancing right adrenal mass. 

Case Discussion

Patient was found to have intermittent hypertension in his one week hospital admission.

The patient also had increased blood levels of metanephrines and has high VMA levels in the urine which confirmed the diagnosis of phaeochromocytoma.
