Chest x-ray requested for cough. Patient born with this congenital deformity.

What is the congenital deformity?

The hands are attached bilaterally at the shoulder joints. The humeri, radii and ulna are congenitally missing.

Case Discussion

Thalidomide toxicity is rare currently but it needs to be kept in the differential diagnosis for phocomelia.
