Bronchovascular markings with opacity near the right heart border.
There are bowel loops in the lower part of the left hemithorax, compressing the lung and shifting the heart to the right.

Repeat x-ray after 2 weeks of antibiotic treatment, there is regression of the inflammatory signs, but the signs of diaphragmatic hernia are still present with multiple gas-fluid levels.
