Normal gallbladder. No stones or mud. Incidental note of phrygian cap.
Case Discussion
The phrygian cap is the commonest incidentally found anatomical variant of the gallbladder. However, it can contain gallstones or sludge while the rest of gallbladder may be normal. It is asymptomatic with no pathological significance.
