The globes of both eyes are small in volume and heavily calcified.
Age-related involutional change.
No hemorrhage or extra-axial collection.
Case Discussion
Phthisis bulbi is an atrophic scarred and disorganized globe that may result from a variety of severe ocular insults. It's rarely observed bilaterally.
