There is a well-defined, heterogeneous, ovoid, superficial, hard, mass with intralesional calcifications. The mass is non-tender to touch and non compressible.
Case Discussion
Features consistent with a benign pilomatricoma, in a typical superficial scalp anatomical location and with a heterogeneous echo appearance. There is intralesional calcifications. All other differential diagnoses were considered unlikely.
