Well-defined ovoid heterogeneously hypoechoic mass of subcutaneous location, containing multiple echogenic foci with posterior acoustic enhancement, and mildly increased echogenicity of the surrounding subcutaneous fat. On color Doppler, the flow is mainly peripheral.
