Discharge from an intergluteal swelling.

Age: 25 years
Gender: Female
mri

There is a subcutaneous fluid-filled fistulous track with blind ending at the midline of the sacrococcygeal region. No extension to the underlying spine. No intersphincteric sepsis seen.
