Fluid-filled tubular, midline sinus tract in the subcutaneous sacrococcygeal region, measuring approximately 1.9 cm in AP diameter, 0.9 cm in TR diameter, and 4.3 cm in CC diameter.

No extension to the pelvis.

The rest of the soft tissues are normal.

No abnormality is noted in the ischiorectal fossa on either side.
