Sinus tract in the intergluteal region in subcutaneous fat planes at the level of the inferior aspect of the last coccygeal vertebra
The tract traverses posteriorly and inferiorly and ends in subcutaneous intergluteal fat planes just to the right of the midline
Mild surrounding inflammatory fat stranding is seen.
Case Discussion
MRI findings are suggestive of the pilonidal sinus tract.
