Plain film shows irregularity, narrowing and fracture of right subclavian central line between the first costal cartilage and medial end of clavicle.

CT confirms findings with embolized distal segment of tubing seen saddling the pulmonary artery.
Case Discussion
Findings are in keeping with pinch-off syndrome, a complication of subclavian central vein catheterization.
