There is vertical urinary bladder with wall hypertrophy and several out pouching which causes an irregular outline resembling Pine cone appearance.
Case Discussion
Pine cone bladder also known as Christmas tree bladder is a cystographic appearance which is usually seen in severe neurogenic bladder with increased sphincter tone. It's not pathognomonic and may also be seen in bladder neck obstruction due to non-neurogenic causes.
