Tree-shaped urinary bladder with wall hypertrophy causes an irregular outline, compatible with Christmas tree appearance or Pine cone bladder.
Case Discussion
A Christmas tree bladder or Pine cone bladder is usually seen in severe neurogenic bladder with increased sphincter tone and may also be seen in bladder neck obstruction due to non-neurogenic causes.
