There is an elongated and pointed urinary bladder with irregular outlines and several outpouchings suggestive of diverticula, compatible with pine cone bladder.
Case Discussion
Pine cone bladder is a cystographic appearance usually seen in severe neurogenic bladder or long standing bladder neck obstruction due to non-neurogenic causes.
