Pine cone bladder

The urinary bladder is pine cone shaped and shows marginal irregularity with a few small out-pouching suggesting diverticula.
No pathologic filling defect and obvious sign of the mass within.
No passive vesicoureteral reflux is identified.
Case Discussion
Regarding the patient’s age and history, features are consistent with pine cone bladder due to chronic urinary bladder outlet obstruction.
