Case Discussion

This case illustrates a common and usually asymptomatic lesion witch is a common incidental finding: simple pineal cyst

There is a controversial discussion whether an imaging follow-up is really necessary or not. To avoid patient's anxiety or even unnecessary money expenditure in the future, this case's report conclude: "The simple pineal cyst remains stable. No atypical features are present".
