Age: 45 years
Gender: Male

Cystic lesion in the pineal region demonstrates no nodular enhancement. It mildly compresses the superior colliculus without hydrocephalus. 

Case Discussion

Incidental pineal cysts are common, and should only be followed up if large or atypical.
