Pineal cyst complicated by hemorrhage

Pineal cyst demonstrating a blood sedimentation level, consistent with prior hemorrhage. No internal enhancement is seen.
The pineal cyst has a thin wall which does not enhance.
No significant mass effect on the cerebral aqueduct.
No suprasellar mass or pituitary enlargement. .
Conclusion:
Pineal cyst complicated by hemorrhage.
Case Discussion
This pineal cyst has been followed up for 4 years, the result of the follow-up showed no features of an underlying pineal gland tumor and no further evidence of recurrent hemorrhage.
