Pineocytoma

Solid lesion with small cystic component in pineal region. Lesion is isointense to grey matter on T1WI and hyperintense on T2WI/FLAIR and shows homogeneous contrast enhancement.
Resultant hydrocephalus with marked FLAIR hyperintensity around lateral ventricles due to transependymal edema.
Case Discussion
These MRI findings are suggestive of pineocytoma.
