Ping pong fracture

occipital bone smooth inward indentation / depressed fracture with inner buckling of the calvarium.
No intracranial hemorrhage or scalp hematoma.
Case Discussion
Findings consistent with ping pong fracture which is the equivalent of greenstick fracture of long bones. Spontaneous elevation in this type of fracture is extremely rare and the treatment is generally conservative.
