Asymmetry of piriformis muscles is seen with increased bulk and possibly an accessory muscle on right side. Associated hyperintensity is seen in right sciatic nerve starting at the level of greater sciatic notch and extending inferiorly.
Case Discussion
The patient was suspected to have piriformis syndrome clinically. The above findings are consistent with the same but are often seen in asymptomatic patients.
