Mass is continuous with stalk, expanding it both above and below. Follows appropriate enhancement pattern and is within the infundibulum.
Presumed pituicytoma: not histologically proven.
Follows appropriate enhancement pattern and is within the infundibulum. Mass is continuous with stalk, expanding it both above and below.
The patient remains systemically well, without malignancy and has had a number of years followup with no change noted.
