Hx of pituitary macroadenoma. Prolactin secreting. On steroid replacement. Increasing tiredness and weakness.

Suprasellar mass isointense on T1 (sag), and hyperintese on T2w (cor). >10cm therefore macroadenoma.
It is compressing the optic chiasm, opitc tracts. Extension into cavenours sinuses bilaterally, more on right with >75% encasement of internal carotid artery.
Slight heterogenicity within it may indicate calcification or hemorrhage.
