Case Discussion

Small pituitary cysts are common and usually are incidental asymptomatic findings as in this case. Rathke cleft cyst is first to be considered. Cystic microadenoma is another differential, however, it can show fluid-fluid level or hemorrhagic debris compared to Rathke cleft cysts, which almost never bleed.
